This Final Report corresponds to the fourth and last of a series of Reports prepared by the Consulting Team for the Development of South Zone Power Distribution Project. The objective of this project is to prepare a corporatization design that will establish South Zone as a new company (Southern Zone Power Distribution Company or SZPDC) responsible for the distribution and retail supply of electricity in the southeastern part of Bangladesh.
